1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the E2MARS website at e2mars.com (the "website"). The website is operated by E2MARS (PTY) LTD (registration number 2025/284214/07), trading as E2MARS ("E2MARS", "we", "us"). Using the website means you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms are for the website only. The E2MARS Rider App and Driver App have their own terms, which you accept separately in the app. Nothing on the website lets you book a ride, create an account or make a payment.

2. Information only

The website describes E2MARS and its plans for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation, a contract, an invitation to invest, or financial, legal or tax advice.

The website says which services are in preparation, planned or not yet available. A service described that way is not available. A description of it is not a promise that it will launch, or launch by a particular date or in a particular place. Whether a service is available to you depends on launch status, your location and driver coverage.

3. Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that it is complete or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time. Fares, offers, earnings and commission rates are not stated on the website unless a page says that they are approved and active. Examples of earnings or fares, if shown, are not a promise of what you will earn or pay.

4. Using the website

You may view the website and share links to it for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, try to interfere with or disrupt it or its security, or use automated tools to copy it at scale. You must not copy its content, logos or branding for commercial use without our written permission. E2MARS names, logos, text, images and other content belong to us or are used with permission, and the law protects them.

5. Messages you send us

The forms on the website prepare a message that you choose to send yourself by WhatsApp or email. Sending a message does not create a contract with us, approve you as a driver or partner, or oblige either of us to do anything. Please do not send sensitive information such as bank details, passwords or identity numbers through these channels. How we handle messages is explained in our Website Privacy Notice.

6. Links to other services

The website links to services run by others, such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, WhatsApp and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

7. Responsibility

We provide the website "as is" for information. To the extent the law allows, E2MARS is not responsible for loss that you suffer because you relied on the website's content or because the website was unavailable or contained an error. This does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded, and it does not limit our responsibility for harm caused by our gross negligence or intentional wrong.

8. Privacy

The E2MARS Website Privacy Notice explains how the website handles personal information. The Rider App and Driver App have separate privacy information.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with the date it takes effect. The version on this page when you visit is the one that applies to that visit. Updates cannot remove rights that the law gives you. Updated: 10 October 2026.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit your right to approach a competent regulator, the National Consumer Commission, a tribunal or a court with jurisdiction, where those apply to you.
